Additional to the McTimoney chiropractic technique adjustments and mobilisations, other treatments modalities can be used in your chiropractic care including Medical Acupuncture, rehabilitation exercises and soft tissue treatments.

Targeted exercises and advice to help with injury rehabilitation and prevention

Aftercare guidelines are given to optimise the treatment and aid recovery. These can include rehabilitation exercises, lifestyle advice and postural education; depending on your individual circumstances.
Exercises and education help you to manage pain, improve mobility and strength. Sports injury management includes training and recovery advice. Tai Chi and Qigong based exercises help stress management, and improve balance and coordination.
